This past weekend I went to Jaco Beach with friends from work and it was quite an experience. The reason for the trip, well for most Costa Ricans there doesn’t need to be a reason to party or go to the beach, just an excuse, but this time it was due to the Billabong ISA World Surfing Games.

We planned the trip to the beach in one week, which is honestly a record for everyone around here since events that have been planned in a week or less tend to never happen, and we left on Friday night from my house after eating dinner there.
