I’m not really getting into product design, it’s not really my thing, but I spoke with a friend that wants to create a website to sell a couple of things so I told him that I could probably design something for the page that he wants, but first a mock up of the site.

During the creation of this mock up in Photoshop I want to display a listing of products with their respective pictures but since I’m not going to start putting in photos of products which might not even be related to the site, I decided to design my own product box and this is the result

Dog Food Box

To be honest, I’m actually impressed it came out at all and it looks very cartoonish which is something I find quite funny and I love. I’m going to definitely be saving this image for future uses.

Ok, so back to work it is :)

I’ve learned a couple of new things in regards to Photoshop and Lightroom when it comes to post processing of the photos. Because of this I decided to take one of my old photos and edit it again and this is how it looks now

I was reading this over at Matt Nicolosi's blog and I decided to give it a try, not that this is the first time I've wanted to give it a try but I certainly went for it this time ;)

Me, me, me...

I showed it to my parents and told them that it be nice to clone myself…well apparently I'm not allowed to do so ^_^

The door to the other side

While I was taking the photos of the lens in my living room I decided to play a bit with long exposure so I turned off the light in the living room and took a shot of 1 minute in Bulb mode of the rooms. I then simply did a bit of work in Photoshop to eliminate those elements that you could still see on the computer room so that the room looked completely white and used some of Boutwell's Totally Rad Actions to give the effects and I really love how the final image turned out.
