This past Sunday we took a road trip to the Irazu Volcano and in the way back we visited the abandoned hospital named after the Dr. Carlos Duran where people diagnosed with turberculosis would be taken to be treated.

Well today we took a road trip to the Irazu Volcano and the Sanatorio Carlos Duran. I took the chance to take some photographs along the way and especially of the abandoned hospital for those patients that suffered of tuberculosis.
