Spheres on the ground

This morning was a wet one, it began to rain very early this morning and it’s all dark and cloudy kinda makes you want to stay in bed but then you know that work calls.

Hopefully the day will get better in the afternoon. In Costa Rica there is an old tradition, possibly doesn’t really apply anymore with all the climate changes, that consists of predicting how the weather is going to be through out the year by paying attention to the first 12 days of the year, this means that May would be a wet one since today is the 5th day of the month thus the weather today represents the 5th month of the year. This is something that was heavily used by our ancestors and some people nowadays still make reference to it. I’ve only heard about this in Costa Rica…let me know if in other parts of the world it also happens :)

The below photo was taken a while ago when I was cleaning the house and bumped into the brown table that’s shown on the left side in the image and that caused a flower vase that contained gel spheres to spill them. I found it cool and took a couple of photos of that, here’s my favorite.
