I've been having less time to work on my photos from the trip so there are still some that I have to upload. Here are a couple more photos from the trip.

Dragonfly

I managed to capture this Dragonfly in a number of poses and this is one of them. I had to use manual focusing with my 55-200mm lens and was quick enough to capture it before it flew away. Believe it or not this photo actually looks a lot better in Black and White than color because the detail in the wings actually comes out more like this.

Locked grid

The above photo is actually from the fire that was used to cook the traditional tamales, these are not anything like the tamales from mexico or the common hot tamales, these are Costa Rican tamales which deserve a whole post by themselves…I guess there's an idea for a blog post.

Another shot of the street with more down to the ground detail.

Fan grill

This is a grill from those standing fans that is used to place it over an open flame to cook.

I'll be making another trip soon to this area so I'll take more photos.
