Well actually this isn’t the first Bash script that I write, but it sure is the first one that actually contains more than just one process and that also has options that the user can give it.
A friend of mine asked me to write a bash script that basically obtained some information from the OS, Linux in this case, and that it would store it on a file. The file would need to check if the file already exists and then create a new file if that’s the case. So let’s get started.

My family had organized a trip to Taiwan some time ago and it was originally said that I would be able to stay a lot longer than what I was able to stay. The reason for the trip was to visit my younger sister who is living in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, and also to visit this country.
So this is my story…

The Trip
If you have been reading the last posts on this blog, you would already know that I had a trip to the US scheduled, but in case you didn’t know here is my experience.
The company I work for, sent me and other coworkers over to the sites in Colorado to get some further training than that which we obtained when we started working there. The trip was basically business related, but there was some entertainment and shopping done, after all there are a couple of things that I can’t get over at Costa Rica.
